Marcus came today to address multiple plumbing issues. He replaced my water heater and took care of ordering parts needed for additional repairs. He was punctual, professional, efficient, and very courteous. I also felt the amount charged was fair and reasonable. I’m not the easiest customer to satisfy but I was extremely pleased with my experience with Rousseau and recommend them highly.

They did such a great job. Had them out for 3 different issues so far. Starting with a bidet leaking. Then fridge/ dishwasher leaking and reinstalling a toilet. They did such a great job. Super polite and explained what the believed the issue was and fixed it! Might still be replacing the fridge and dishwasher, but they were honest and fixed part of the issue. He was also able to check on damage and leaking in the floor/ ceiling which is super helpful. They schedule for 2+ days out, but have been coming the next day when they have availability. Personally I love the honesty and availability. Will call again, but hopefully not for awhile.

This morning, we received our new Toto toilet after a hairline crack in our old toilet made it unusable. Our experienced plumbers from Rousseau, Morgan and Garrett, did a great install for us. They were respectful of our belongings, considerate of our presence, and knowledgeable and capable in addressing our concerns. This is the third time this team has been to our home and we now regard them as our reliable fix-it squad for our plumbing needs.

Today Morgan and Garrett replaced my entire in house drainage system and did a superb job - they plumbed it well, tested all and cleaned up. Am very happy with the job Rousseau plumbing did. I highly recommend Jarrett and his team.

My sincere thanks to the great Rousseau Plumbing & Heating team for the prompt, courteous and professional response to my annoying issue with a toilet not flushing properly. Marcus, ably assisted by Garrett, quickly diagnosed the problem. Because the toilet is a one-piece low profile model, the parts were not on the truck. But, within a matter of minutes, they located the parts at a nearby supply warehouse. So, they dashed out to get the parts and were back to my house in a flash. They worked quickly, efficiently and NEATLY to complete the repair and were on their way, leaving behind a well-functioning toilet and a happy customer. My thanks to your dispatcher/scheduler (sorry I forgot her name) who very adeptly adjusted the schedule to get my service done the same day I called because of a cancellation by another customer. So glad I called Rousseau!

Best Plumbing Company in the area!!! The only company that would call me back when I had issues. Jarrett is very professional and has always been a very clear communicator. Rousseau has provided excellent service for many projects at our new home all for very reasonable prices... (Clogged Sewer Drain, Installed Utility Sink, New Gas Line for Stove AND emergency help for Frozen Pipes in winter!!!) Each visit the Rousseau crew was polite and very nice. Always feel comfortable with them working at our house. Can't go wrong with these guys!

Just called to see if I can get someone to come out and fix my leaky sink faucet. It was leaking water from the bottom into the under part of my sink cabinet. The guy on the phone explained it could just be a loose faucet head because I have one of those faucets where the head comes out with a hose. He explained to me to try to tighten it because that's what the problem is 90% of the time. I tightened it and it worked!! He saved me a call out fee! Thank you so much! I will definitely be using these guys in the future :)

Jarrett provided an estimate for a full bath remodel to help me prepare my house for sale. He took the time to thoroughly explain the best-case scenario and also highlighted potential challenges. What stood out most was his honesty and integrity. Instead of pushing for the remodel, he raised questions about whether it was truly necessary or if addressing a few issues would suffice. This thoughtful approach gave me pause and ultimately led me to decide against the remodel. As a single woman navigating home repairs, I often feel uncertain and wary of being misled.
